Your product does not work? Have you thought to check:

  • The connection cable between the microphone and the interface kit or output cables may be faulty (Try others if possible)    
  • The phantom power has not been activated. (For X48 models J48 and MK MSK). You must use only cables with mono jack with the BOX systems
  • You have reversed with the IN and OUT BOX systems
  • You forgot to disconnect the OUT jack of your cell system and it is completely discharged.
